Learn how to create and manage an effective, interactive news and information site with no dedicated full-time staff and a limited budget. Using the CASE-award-winning UW Oshkosh Today as a case study, the presenters will share how they created an institutional cultural shift and built a site that served for nearly a year as the university's primary home page. Overcome your fears about encouraging comments on news items and learn how to take advantage of an integrated marketing and communications tool to create a dialog on your site.
